Neuropsychologist

Conduct comprehensive psychological or neuropsychological assessments for a diverse patient population.

Practicum Opportunity in Neuropsychology
We are excited to offer a practicum position for psychology trainees interested in developing advanced skills in neuropsychological assessment and clinical conceptualization. This is a unique opportunity to train in a collaborative private practice setting and gain hands-on experience with diverse and complex clinical populations.
About the Practicum Experience:
Learn to administer, score, and interpret a wide range of neuropsychological assessment tools.
Develop skills in case conceptualization for complex neurological, psychiatric, and medical conditions.
Gain experience evaluating individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, including bilingual and multilingual speakers.
Participate in didactics, case discussions, and individualized mentorship to deepen clinical reasoning and formulation skills.
Supervision provided by a board-certified neuropsychologist, with regular opportunities for observation, feedback, and mentorship.
Time commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week.
Qualifications
Be enrolled in a doctoral program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology.
Have completed graduate coursework in psychological assessment.
Possess basic familiarity with cognitive and psychological testing procedures (prior practicum experience is a plus but not required).
Show a genuine interest in neuropsychological assessment, cross-cultural evaluation, and complex case conceptualization.
Be organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative in a team-based clinical setting.
This practicum is an unpaid training opportunity designed to provide intensive clinical experience and skill development in neuropsychological practice that is ideal for students seeking a strong foundation in cross-cultural assessment, and real-world application of clinical science.
